Clover and Google user data

Clover is CloverLeaf Solutions' internal AI assistant. When a CloverLeaf user connects their Gmail account to Clover through "Sign in with Google", Clover requests access to that user's Gmail (scope https://mail.google.com/) so that, at that user's request in a Clover chat, it can search and read their messages, write drafts, and send email the user has approved.

What we access: message headers, message text and mailbox metadata, only for the signed-in user's own mailbox and only when that user asks Clover for it.

What we store: an encrypted Google access credential (refresh token), stored on CloverLeaf's own servers and tied to that user. Message contents are not stored beyond the chat in which the user requested them.

Sharing: Google user data is never sold, never shared with third parties, never used for advertising, and never used to train AI models. It is processed only on CloverLeaf-operated hardware.

Your control: you can disconnect your mailbox at any time from Clover's connect page, which also revokes Clover's access with Google, or revoke it at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Clover's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
